"KitKat" is a precious bay 11.2 (and 1/2)H grade pony gelding that is ready for his own kid! KitKat is a former circus-ride pony so he is patient and kind, but also brave and versatile with a willing and cheerful attitude. KitKat would suit many disciplines. He has extensively schooled cross country including ditches, water and banks with confidence, swimming in ponds, and hacks out alone or with a group. He’s participated in games rallies, is jumping small courses, has been introduced to pulling a cart, and is schooling training level dressage. He has been used in a lesson program with both beginners and very young (2 year old!) riders. He won 5th place with a double clear cross country and stadium in his first show at Poplar Place with a score of 35.63. We last took KitKat to Derby Days Mounted Games Competition at Chattahoochee Hills winning team 4th.
KitKat hauls and stands quietly at the trailer, for vet and farrier. He has good ground manners, is barefoot and sound with clean legs with no known injuries. No known vices, no buck, rear or bolt. UTD on all shots, dental, and coggins. This adorable little gelding would make the perfect first pony, lead-line pony and will grow with your child into short stirrup. Looking for a best friend and close confidant. Comes with his cart and harness.
